Wealth & Insurance:

 

  • Founding PM for MobiKwik Xtra: Created MobiKwik Xtra from concept to release by collaborating with compliance, business, design, engineering and lending product teams.

  • Launched the ability for users to import & update their mutual fund portfolio statement seamlessly with the use of e-mail read feature


Recharge & Bill Payment
 

  • Increased the GMV of credit card bills paid on MobiKwik by launching credit card read functionality & building the reminder framework that leveraged Whatsapp


Fraud
 

  • Integrated best-in-class FRM tools & optimized rule performance to increase money saved across various channels from fraudsters

  • Built the AML risk categorization framework to ensure safety on platform and in line with regulation


Core Payment
 

  • Launched the Credit Card on UPI Feature - a first in industry for UPI

  • Launched the UPI Dispute & Redressal mechanism (UDIR), & Number Mapper feature

  • Reduced UPI activation errors by analyzing and solving for top contributing factors
